With over thirty years in the boiler industry, Larry brings vast experience to his role as President and CEO at Nationwide Boiler. Larry spent five years at York-Shipley Inc. as a Sales Engineer and Sales Manager. Larry moved to Nationwide Boiler nearly thirty years ago to begin building a lasting career for himself and his dedicated team of co-workers. Keeping the team focused on the same common goal, Larry enjoys helping provide creative solutions for Nationwide Boiler's customers. Larry believes the company's integrity and reputation within the business is priceless, and maintaining a high-level of dependability and customer service are the cornerstone of success.
Michele Tomas, Vice President, Finance
As the Vice President, Finance of Nationwide Boiler, Michele is responsible for continuing all financial duties and related tasks required by the corporation for continued growth through Nationwide Boiler's operating, investing and financing activities. Michele's B.S. and MBA degrees in Business Administration, coupled with her over six years work experience as Nationwide Boiler's Marketing Manager in addition to her roles as a Marketing Analyst and a Web Developer at Coen Company, provided her with a unique and diverse skill set needed for the position. Her dynamic ability to meet any given challenge will prove to be a valuable asset and allows her to effectively meet the needs of shareholders, partners, employees and customers.

William Testa, Director of Sales
William "Bill" Testa has over thirty years of experience working in the industrial and power markets. Bill started his career as a trained technical service engineer, responsible for all aspects of boiler repair, burner retrofits and startup services, and later took on a Vice President role at Bremco, Inc., serving the power and energy markets. He later moved to Oklahoma where he spent over twelve years directing the sales and marketing efforts of John Zink Company / Todd Combustion and Coen Company. Bill's role at Nationwide focuses on the development of domestic and international representatives for Nationwide Boiler's rental and new equipment sales product lines and includes the implementation of new product development initiatives that provide energy efficiency and low emission solutions to boiler owners around the world.
Jim Lieskovan, Western US Business Manager
Jim joins the Nationwide Boiler Sales Team with thirty-three years in the boiler/burner business, providing quality solutions to industrial plants located throughout California. Establishing his career with Porter Boiler Service Inc. as a Senior Service Technician, Jim later transferred his skills and accepted a senior position with Southern California Boiler Inc. (currently California Boiler Inc). Over the next twenty-eight years, Jim, holding the positions of Vice President and General Manager, was responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the organization. He helped grow the company to be one of the largest boiler services and repair supplier in California. Upon helping transform the company into an ESOP, Jim joined San Jose Boiler Works, Inc. and continued to implement growth as the company’s General Manager. His vast experience and customer relations with local plants will help Nationwide Boiler meet the ever changing demands of our local customers in California and the Western United States.
Jim Barbeau, Eastern US Business Manager
Jim has over 30 years of experience in the boiler industry, and joins Nationwide Boiler from Powerhouse Equipment and Sales where he served as Executive Vice President. Prior to that, his experience includes O'Brien Energy Services, followed by Penn Jersey Boiler where he was instrumental in the growth and supply of new boiler equipment to the commercial boiler market. As Nationwide Boiler's Eastern US Business Manager, Jim is responsible for business development efforts, driving revenue, and increasing customer engagement throughout the Eastern United States. Jim's location and ability to cultivate relationships is ideal for the expansion of Nationwide's customer base in the East, and his work ethic and commitment to integrity, dependability and customer service cohere with the core values of Nationwide Boiler Inc.
Sean McMenamin, Director of Environmental Solutions/Director of Operations
Sean joins Nationwide Boiler with thirteen years of diverse experience at Peerless Manufacturing Company. He brings a great amount of environmental industry knowledge to the sales team, in addition to experience implementing operational efficiencies and value-added improvements. After receiving his Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Sean worked at Foster Wheeler providing boilers and steam generators to the energy industry. He later earned his Master’s of Business Administration at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania and continues to strengthen his knowledge through continued educational opportunities which can be applied to the workplace. Sean’s ability to plan and execute strategically proves him to be a key player in Nationwide Boiler’s initiative to grow and nourish the CataStak™ business segment, as well as to improve effectiveness and process controls.
Tim McBride, Sales Engineer
Tim joined Nationwide Boiler with nearly fifteen years of boiler sales and field start-up experience. Previously working as a Technical Sales Representative for The Brose Company, an exclusive representative for several boiler manufacturers, he educated and assisted mechanical engineers, contractors, and facility engineers primarily in Northern California's commercial heating, health care, and biopharmaceutical industries. He has also performed start-up and commissioning services. Tim's B.S. degree from New York Maritime College and five years in the U.S. Navy helped him strengthen his steam engineering skills and knowledge. Tim is dedicated to exceeding his customer's expectations and to upholding the company's unparalleled commitment to providing superior customer service.
Brett Barnes, Sales Engineer
Brett graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics, and brings over twenty-three years of burner industry experience to Nationwide Boiler. He began his career in the burner industry at Coen Company in 1990 as an Application Engineer, specializing in industrial retrofit sales projects and developing pricing and sizing tools to improve accuracy, efficiency and speed of burner pricing and sizing. He joined S.T. Johnson in 2010 as a Project/Sales Engineer and was later promoted to Sales Manager, specializing in commercial grade firetube boiler burner sales. With his diverse portfolio and extensive sales experience within the low NOx market, Brett is responsible for supporting and assisting sales of environmental products, including CataStak™ SCR systems for firetube and watertube package boilers, gas turbines and fired heaters, in addition to promoting ammonia-free SCR solutions to customers worldwide.
Chelsey Ryker, Marketing Manager
Chelsey has been a part of Nationwide Boiler for nearly 10 years, joining the company during her senior year of high school. She began working for the company as an administrative assistant, had her hand in assembling manuals, and helped out with miscellaneous accounting duties. She was then promoted to Sales & Marketing Assistant while she attended California State University, East Bay, pursuing her Bachelor's in Business with a major in Marketing. Chelsey is now instrumental in the link between sales and marketing; coordinating events, managing the website and social media sites, producing marketing materials, and taking sales calls. Her dedication to her work, the company and her customers provide her with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while offering support to customers and team members alike.
David Spain, Engineering Manager
For nearly fifteen years David has been ensuring effective equipment solutions as an Engineering Manager for Nationwide Boiler. Combining David's dual B.S. degrees in Mechanical and Marine Engineering with his prior seven years of work experience at Coen Company and ABCO Boilers, he offers a superior level of understanding of the intricacies of boiler engineering. By offering exceptionally strong project management and engineering skills, David ensures that the Company's customers can count on the custom boiler system solutions Nationwide Boiler designs. With the rest of the sales/engineering team, David provides the highest quality products for all of our customers.
Cheryl Olivo, Senior Project Manager
Bringing over twenty five years of engineering experience to Nationwide Boiler, Cheryl provides quality engineering support as a Project Engineer for the Engineering Department. After receiving a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Davis, Cheryl's prior work experience included project engineering at DuPont. Cheryl has been instrumental in designing new boiler systems that have been valuable additions to the Nationwide Boiler fleet and she continues to contribute quality-engineering expertise for custom projects that has resulted in the expansion of Nationwide Boiler.

Michael Rosmando, Service Manager
As Nationwide Boiler's Operations Manager, Michael believes customers are the most important aspect of the business and his team has significantly contributed to the success of Nationwide Boiler's repeat business. This includes ensuring that every piece of equipment that is delivered to a customer will perform reliably and dependably, as promised, With over fifteen years at Nationwide Boiler and technical training from California Maritime Academy, Michael is responsible for adding value to the customer experience by delivering exceptional customer service and support, while delivering the highest quality products the industry has to offer. Customers enjoy peace of mind knowing that Michael and the rest of his team will do whatever is needed to attain complete customer satisfaction.
Holly Lepo, Quality Control Manager/Project Manager
For over thirty years Holly continues to bring vast experience and superior project management skills as Nationwide Boiler's Quality Control Manager/Project Manager. Holly's multi-faceted role in the company includes overseeing employee safety programs, product quality control, procurement of equipment and subcontractors, and system testing of boilers and mobile and stationary steam plants. Holly's product knowledge guarantees that our customers receive a final product which meets their specifications and requirements, thus continuing Nationwide Boiler's history of providing unmatched product quality and workmanship.
